Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated.
Password Security Responsibilities

All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
Identity Verification
Meta888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and security purposes. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account suspension until verification is complete.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Payment & Transaction Information
Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on the meta888 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the payment method selected.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated in the platform's payment section, subject to successful identity verification. meta888 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for security review or compliance purposes. The payment account used for withdrawals must be in the same name as the registered account.
Inactive Balance
Balances in accounts that have been inactive for a specified period may be subject to maintenance fees in accordance with the platform's prevailing policy at the time. Users will be notified via their registered email before any charges are applied.

Account Termination and Suspension

In cases of suspension for valid reasons, eligible balances will be returned to the user upon completion of the investigation.
